Fonts do not appear correctly in the Commerce Server 2002 Catalog Manager or Discount Manager

SYMPTOMS

When you open either the Catalog Manager or the Discount Manager in Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Feature Pack 1 (FP1), the fonts do not appear correctly on each page within the program. The bottoms of the fonts appear to be missing.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the display font size is set to Large size (120 dpi).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, set your display font size to Normal size (96 dpi). To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Right-click the desktop, and then click Properties.
  2. On the Settings tab, click Advanced.
  3. In the DPI setting list, click Normal size (96 dpi), and then click OK.
