You receive a "Failed to generate the master secret (error code 0X80070005)" error message when you install BizTalk Server 2004 on a single computer

SYMPTOMS

When you install Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 on a single computer, you may receive the following error message:
Failed to generate the master secret (error code 0X80070005)

CAUSE

This issue occurs if the Kerberos token that you have received as a member of the Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) Administrator group is not refreshed when the Configuration Wizard configures the master secret server.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, log off and then log on again to update the Kerberos token that you have received as a member of the Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) Administrator group.
