Changes that are made to calendar and contact events by a delegate in Entourage 2004 for Mac do not appear in Outlook

SYMPTOMS

When you set up delegate access in Microsoft Outlook and assign editor permissions for contacts and calendar events to the delegate, the contacts and calendar events that are created by the delegate in Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac do not appear in Outlook.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs if Entourage 2004 for Mac is running when you assign editor permissions for contacts and calendar events to the delegate.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, quit and then restart Entourage 2004 for Mac.
