Some Calendar events that were created in Outlook do not appear in Entourage 2004 for Mac

SYMPTOMS

Someone grants you delegate access in Microsoft Outlook. In Microsoft Entourage, you cannot view an event on that person's Calendar.

CAUSE

This issue occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • The Calendar event was created in Outlook.
  • The Calendar event is marked as Private.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, view the Calendar in Outlook. The event will appear on the Outlook Calendar. However, you will not be able to open or modify the event.
