You may experience the following problem in Microsoft
BizTalk Server 2004. When you use either the
Scripting functoid or the
Get Common Value functoid to call the
GetCommonValue method of the
Microsoft.BizTalk.CrossReferencing.CrossReferencing class, you receive an error message. You receive this error
message when you call the
GetCommonValue method against an empty element, and that element is in a source
XML message in a BizTalk Server map. You receive the following error
message:
yourMapping.btm XSL transform error: Function
'ScriptNS0:GetCommonValue()' has failed. Exception has been thrown by the
target of an invocation.
