The Financials tab for Office Solution Accelerator for Six Sigma is missing from the views in Project Web Access 2003 after you install Project Server 2003 Service Pack 1
Consider the following scenario. You install Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on a computer that is running Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 and Microsoft Office Solution Accelerator for Six Sigma. When users log on to Microsoft Office Project Web Access 2003, the
Financials tab for Office Solution Accelerator for Six Sigma is missing from the views in Project Web Access 2003.
This issue occurs if the entries that are required by the Financials feature in Office Solution Accelerator for Six Sigma are no longer stored in the
MSP_WEB_CONVERSIONS table of the
ProjectServer database in Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Project Server 2003 SP1 rewrites the data that is stored in the
MSP_WEB_CONVERSIONS table. Therefore, the entries that Office Solution Accelerator for Six Sigma added when Office Solution Accelerator for Six Sigma was installed on the computer no longer exist in the table.
To resolve this issue, add the entries that are required by the Financials feature in Office Solution Accelerator for Six Sigma to the
MSP_WEB_CONVERSIONS table. Add the following entries to the four columns of the
MSP_WEB_CONVERSIONS table.

To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft SQL Server, and then click Enterprise Manager.
- Expand Microsoft SQL Servers, expand the server group, and then expand the appropriate server.
- Expand Databases, expand the ProjectServer database, and then click Tables.
- Right-click MSP_WEB_CONVERSIONS in the right pane, point to Open Table, and then click Return all rows.

Scroll to the end of the table.
- Add the entries as two new rows in the table.
