Banner ads and hover buttons appear as a gray box or without a picture when you view a FrontPage Web page in Internet Explorer
When you view a Web page in Microsoft Internet Explorer that was created by using Microsoft FrontPage, banner ads and hover buttons may appear as a gray box or without a picture.
This issue occurs if the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine installation is damaged.
Use one of the following methods to resolve this issue:
- Reinstall the Java Virtual Machine on the computer.
- Install the Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environment on the computer.
