This problem occurs when you try to copy package files to a site for the first time, and you then try to add distribution points to a new child site. Additionally, when you add files to an existing package, and then you update the distribution point on the central site, you may see the following error in the Distmgr.log file on the child primary site: The compressed package file D:\SMSPKG\BCN00049.DL$ is either missing or corrupted, CTool return code = 11 SMS_DISTRIBUTION_MANAGER 1/1/2007 12:00:00 AM 5524 (0x1594)
