The issue that the hotfix package fixes
This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
- When you check the grammar in a Microsoft Office XP document that contains Italian language text, the Microsoft Office XP program may unexpectedly quit. Additionally, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following error message:
Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
