1. You publish a new project plan that has a local calendar in Microsoft Project Professional 2002.
2. You open one or more other published project plans, without closing the new project plan.
3. You save the other projects when you close them.

• Exclude non-enterprise calendars from project plans that you publish to the enterprise environment.
• If you open a published project plan that has a local calendar and also open other published project plans at the same time, make sure that you close the other project plans without saving them.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a local calendar
   1. Start Project Professional 2002.
   2. Click the local account name, and then click Work Offline.
   3. On the File menu, click New.
   4. On the Tools menu, click Change Working Time.
   5. Click New.
   6. In the Name box, type Local Calendar
   7. Click OK.
   8. On the File menu, click Save, type My_project.mpp, and then click Save.
   9. Quit Project Professional 2002.
2. Publish the project
   1. Start Project Professional 2002.
   2. Click the Microsoft Project Server 2002 account, and then click Connect.
   3. Type the appropriate password in the Password box, and then click Go.
   4. Open My_Project.mpp.
   5. On the File menu, click Save as.
   6. In the Name box, type My_Proj_Pub1, and then click Save. This action will publish the local calendar to Microsoft Project Server 2002.
   7. Click Yes when you receive the following warning message:
      Enterprise standard calendars are needed.
      
      Enterprise standard calendars are required to:
      Build a team for a non-enterprise project
      Save a non-enterprise project into the server
      Import resources to the enterprise
      This may result in changes to schedule dates. Do you want to continue?
   8. Click OK if you receive the following message:
      The currency for this project is different from the currency specified in the enterprise global template.
      
      If you save this file, the currency setting of the enterprise global template will overwrite the currency setting of this project and its tasks, but not its resources. Click OK to save the file, or click Cancel to keep this project's setting.
   9. On the Collaborate menu, point to Publish, and then click All Information. Do not close the project plan.
3. Open another project
   1. Without closing the new project plan, open another project plan that was previously published.
   2. You receive the following warning message:
      The project contains non-enterprise calendars.
      
      Your Microsoft Project Server does not allow non-enterprise base calendars, but this project contains non-enterprise base calendars including;
      LocalCalendar
      
      First remove all dependencies that the project, tasks, and local resources have on non-enterprise calendars. Then delete them from the Calendar tab of the Organizer in the Tools menu.
      Note This message warns you that a local calendar is detected in the previously published project plan. However, the message does not provide an option to avoid this issue.
   3. Click OK.
      
      Note When you click OK, you open the previously published project plan, and the local calendar is inserted. Therefore, if you save the previously published project plan before closing, the local calendar is saved also. This sequence of events will occur for any number of published project plans.
