To work around this problem, follow these steps:
- In the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web.config file, set the ISVIntegration attribute to None or to Web.
After
you change this attribute to None or to Web,
customizations from the Isv.config.xml file are not introduced when you
start the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook. - Open the Isv.config.xml file in Notepad, and then delete
the top-level element if it appears as follows.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1252"?>
- Save the Isv.config.xml file.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 1, in Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition for Service Providers, and in Update Rollup 2 for the Chinese Simplified version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.

and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
