Issue that the hotfix package fixes
This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
- Summary task information is no longer displayed when users view their task assignments after you clean up the Project Server 2003 database
Consider the following scenario:
You log on to Project Server 2003 by using Microsoft Office Project Web Access 2003. You click Admin, and then click Clean Up Project Server database. You configure the cleanup operation to delete completed task assignments that are older than a certain time period. For example, you configure the cleanup operation to delete completed task assignments that are older than 30 days.
After you do this, users view their task assignments on the Tasks page in Project Web Access 2003. However, summary task information is no longer displayed. Additionally, subtasks are displayed as top-level tasks.
