Error message in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 when you perform an advanced find on properties and criteria that contain special characters: "An error has occurred. For more information, contact your system administrator. Error code: Not available"
In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you perform an advanced find
on properties
and criteria that contain special characters, such as
"%" or "&." The results of the advanced find span multiple pages. The
first page is displayed correctly. However, when you try to scroll down to
subsequent pages, you receive the following error message:
An error has occurred. For more information, contact your
system administrator. Error code: Not available.
This problem is fixed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 1.
