The link to the hotfix DL appears to be broken. I am hoping that in a round-about way this will fix a problem I am having with SQL Agent capturing 1205 error alerts. I notice the error in this KBalertz in the app event log every time I restart SQL Server agent.

Link to fix isn't broken, you need to be a member of "Microsoft Connect" to access it. Only way to become a member is to be invited from what I can see. Thanks Micro$haft

I was not able to download as a connect member but resolved the issue by downloading the .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package.
