You receive the Enter Your Name dialog box when you start Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends

SYMPTOMS

When you start Microsoft Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends, you receive the Enter Your Name dialog box. Additionally, you are prompted to participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program.

Note These messages appear the next time that you start Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the Microsoft Windows user name that you are using contains an extended character or a double-byte character.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download the latest update for Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends. To download the game update for Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends, click Check for Updates on the main game screen. Alternatively, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
http://www.riseoflegends.com (http://www.riseoflegends.com)
