CAUSE

This issue may occur if the following conditions are true:

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to Project Web Access as an administrator.
  2. Click Admin, and then click Manage users and groups.
  3. Click the resource, click Modify User, and then click the Windows Authentication, using the Windows User Account option.
  4. Verify that the Clear User AD_GUID option is not selected.
  5. In the Actions list, click Server configuration.
  6. In the Active Directory Group to Synchronize box, enter the Active Directory group.
