You cannot change or delete a customer relationship that is created by another user in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
When you try to change a customer relationship that is created by another user in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the
Customer Relationship dialog box opens as "read-only" even though your role has organization-level permission. Therefore, you cannot change the customer relationship.
Additionally, you cannot delete the customer relationship by clicking
Delete Customer Relationship because the
Actions menu is missing in the
Customer Relationship dialog box.
Note The Delete Customer Relationship command typically appears on the Actions menu.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
This problem is fixed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 2. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
