The Verify button and the Upload button stop working when you try to verify a file name on the Upload Form Template page in Microsoft Office Forms Server 2007

SYMPTOMS

When you try to verify a file name without the path on the Upload Form Template page in Microsoft Office Forms Server 2007, the Verify button and the Upload button stop working. This issue also occurs even when you specify a full file path.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs if you do not specify the full path of the .xsn file the first time that you specify the name of the .xsn file in the File Name box on the Upload Form Template page.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, update the Upload Form Template page.
