The My Calendar Web Part still appears in Daily view even though you set the view to Weekly view in SharePoint Server 2007
Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, you add a My Calendar Web Part to a Web page of a site. You open the tool pane for the Web Part. Then, you configure the Web Part to connect to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. You set the view to Daily view. Later, you set the view to Weekly view. However, when you view the Web page, the Web Part still appears in Daily view. The view of the Web Part is not changed to Weekly view.
The My Calendar Web Part supports only Daily view when it connects to Exchange Server 2003. Even if you select the
Weekly option in the
View box in the tool pane, the Web Part still appears in Daily view when the Web Part connects to Exchange Server 2003.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
You do not experience the symptoms that are mentioned in the "Symptoms" section when the My Calendar Web Part connects to Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. The Web Part supports Daily view and Weekly view when it connects to Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.
For more information about how to work with Web Parts in SharePoint Server 2007, see SharePoint Server 2007 Help.

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
