You cannot view the related records that are associated with a child account and that are more than one level deep in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

SYMPTOMS

You cannot view the related records that are associated with a child account and that are more than one level deep after you install hotfix 919008 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. You can view the related records that are one level deep.

This problem affects the following types of records:
  • Activities
  • Cases
  • Contracts
  • Invoices
  • Opportunities
  • Orders
  • Quotes
