You cannot copy a recurring meeting series to a Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 calendar from an Outlook 2007 calendar
You try to copy a recurring Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 meeting series to a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 calendar. However, when you drag the recurring meeting series to the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 calendar, only the meeting that you dragged to the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 calendar is added.
To work around this problem, do not drag the recurring meeting series to the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 calendar from your Outlook 2007 calendar. Instead, use the Copy to Folder feature in Outlook 2007 to copy the recurring meeting series to the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 calendar. To do this, follow these steps:
- Double-click the meeting entry in the Outlook 2007 calendar.
- Click Open the series.
- Click the Microsoft Office Button, point to Move, and then click Copy to folder.
- In the list of folders, select the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 calendar to which you want to add the recurring meeting series. Then, click OK.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
APPLIES TO
- Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
- Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0

Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.

correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
