You cannot scroll through a Web Part page in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook
The hotfix that is discussed in this article is unavailable for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0:
- You add an area to the site map.
- The area contains a subarea that is linked to a Web Part page on the Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Web site.
- You view the subarea on the Web Part page in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook.
In this scenario, you cannot scroll through the Web Part page.
This problem is fixed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 2. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
