Help content may not appear as expected in 2007 Office programs
When you try to use
Microsoft Office program Help in one of the 2007 Microsoft Office programs that are listed in the "Applies to" section, Help content may not appear as expected. Additionally, you may receive one of the following messages in the Help window:
- Message 1
Action Canceled
Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable.
- Message 2
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
This issue may occur if the Microsoft Windows operating system on which you run the 2007 Office program is not installed on drive C.
For example, this issue may occur if the Windows operating system is installed on drive D.
Note This issue may occur mostly on dual-boot computers.
To work around this issue, install the 2007 Office program on a Windows operating system that is installed on drive C.
