Consider the following scenario. You create a multiple-root
document schema in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006. The root elements in the
schema share a promoted field. Then, you deploy the schema together with the
promoted field. The promoted field is set so that it can be tracked. Then, you
export the bindings. In this scenario, you may receive the
following error message if you try to import the bindings file
that is produced in Microsoft Management Console (MMC):
Failed to update binding
information. (mscorlib)
Additional information:
This property
does not exist in the schema.
(Microsoft.BizTalk.ExplorerOM)
This problem occurs because the
ExplorerOM namespace does not correctly
handle tracking for multiple-root document schemas. In this case, the
ExplorerOM SchemaTracking collection property enumeration behaves inconsistently.
