Error message when you try to start an application in Microsoft SoftGrid: "Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxx07-000D1002"

SYMPTOMS

When you try to start an application in Microsoft SoftGrid, you receive the following error message:
The SoftGrid Client could not load application_name.

The SoftGrid Client could not unload application.

Data files for the specified application are still in use.
Please make sure any applications that share these data files are closed and try again. If this problem persists, please report the following error code to your System Administrator.
Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxx07-000D1002

CAUSE

This problem occurs when an application starts as it is shutting down.

After the application finishes shutting down, you can start the application successfully.
