The e-mail message header does not print when you try to print an e-mail message by using either Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook Express
When you try to print an e-mail message by using either Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook Express, the message header information does not print. This problem only occurs when Windows Internet Explorer 7 is installed.
Note This problem may also occur in earlier versions of Office Outlook. However, this problem does not occur in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.
This problem occurs when the "Shrink to Fit" feature is enabled, and the size of the message is reduced in order to fit on the printed page. When this occurs, the message header is not printed.
To resolve this problem, apply the latest cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To obtain the latest update, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
Note
This update was first included in security update 931768 (MS07-027).

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
