Messages may contain Greek characters, and the time may be in the European format when you view the Incidents panel in Antigen 9.0 for Exchange
When you view the
Incidents panel in Microsoft Antigen 9.0 for Exchange, the incident messages may contain Greek characters. Additionally, the time may be in the European format.
This issue may occur even if the
Regional and Language Options setting is set to
English. Additionally, no error message is recorded in either the ProgramLog.txt log file or the AntigenHRLog.txt log file.
This issue may occur if the files for East Asian languages are installed on the operating system.
To resolve this issue, uninstall the files for East Asian languages. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Control Panel, and then click Regional and Language Options.
- On the Languages tab, click to clear the Install files for East Asian languages check box.
- In the Remove Supplemental Language Support dialog box, click OK.
- On the Advanced tab, click to select the Apply all settings to the current account and to the default user profile check box.
- In the Change Default User Settings dialog box, click OK.
- Click Apply, and then click OK to restart the computer.
