A sales order does not appear in the Reminders pane on the Company Home page in Accounting Professional and in Accounting Express
This article describes why a sales order does not appear in the Reminders pane on the Company Home page. This issue occurs in Microsoft Office Accounting Professional and in Microsoft Office Accounting Express.
This issue occurs if the on-hand quantity of the item in the sales order is zero.
To display a sales order that contains an item that has an on-hand quantity of zero, replenish the item stock.
After you increase the on-hand quantity of the item, the sales order appears in the Reminders pane on the Company Home page.
