You cannot upgrade SharePoint Portal Server 2003 to SharePoint Server 2007, and you receive an error message when you run the Prescan.exe tool
You cannot upgrade Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003
to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Additionally, you receive the
following error message when you run the Prescan.exe tool:
datetime Error: this database
Server="servername";Database="databasename";Trusted_Connection=yes;
App="prescan.exe" is not a valid WSS V2 SP2 content database.
data time Error:
Exception while looping through virtual servers.
This issue may occur if Microsoft Windows SharePoint
Services 2.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) and Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Service
Pack 2 (SP2) were not installed.
To resolve this issue, install Windows SharePoint Services
2.0 SP2 and SharePoint Portal Server 2003 SP2.
