Message when you open an Access 2007 database application that was packaged by using the ADE 2007 Package Solution wizard: "A potential security concern has been identified"

SYMPTOMS

You use the Microsoft Access Developer Extensions 2007 (ADE 2007) Package Solution wizard to package a Microsoft Office Access 2007 database application. When you install the packaged application on a computer, you receive the following security concern message when you open the packaged application:
A potential security concern has been identified.
Warning: It is not possible to determine that this content came from a trustworthy source.
You should leave this content disabled unless the content provides critical functionality and you trust its source.

File path: <path>

This file might contain unsafe content that could harm your computer. Do you want to open this file or cancel the operation?

CAUSE

This issue occurs when you select an All User location in the Root Install folder list in the ADE 2007 Package Solution wizard. The application is not trusted for the current user.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade the destination computer to Microsoft Office 2007 SP2. If you include Microsoft Access Runtime in your package, make sure to package the latest version of Microsoft Access Runtime, whihch you can download from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=d9ae78d9-9dc6-4b38-9fa6-2c745a175aed (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=d9ae78d9-9dc6-4b38-9fa6-2c745a175aed)
