An Enhanced Meta File (EMF) image may be displayed incorrectly in Internet Explorer
When you use Windows Internet Explorer 7 or any other version of Internet Explorer to view an Enhanced Meta File (EMF) image, the image may be displayed incorrectly. Additionally, you cannot easily control the size of the image.
This problem occurs because Internet Explorer does not provide controls to adjust the size of the EMF image. EMF images contain image data in a vector-based format that can be displayed in a size that is larger or smaller than the original image size. Applications that support the EMF format usually display the image at the default size. (The creator of the image determines the default size.) However, Internet Explorer scales the image to fit in the space that is available on the page. When this problem occurs, the image may be displayed in an unexpected size.
To work around this problem in Internet Explorer 7, use the Zoom feature. To do this, click
Page, point to
Zoom, and then click
Zoom In.
Note To zoom out, click
Page, point to
Zoom, and then click
Zoom Out.
To resolve this problem, use an ActiveX control that supports scaling of EMF images.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
