The value in the "CSP" field appears as "Loading" when you use the Advanced Certificate Request page to submit a certificate request to an enterprise CA in Internet Explorer
Consider the following scenario in Windows Internet Explorer:
- You use the Advanced Certificate Request page.
- You submit a certificate request to an enterprise certification authority (CA).
In this scenario, the value in the
CSP field under
Key Options appears as "Loading."
This problem occurs because active scripting is disabled for the security zone to which the application enterprise CA belongs.
To resolve this problem, enable active scripting for the security zone to which the enterprise CA belongs.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the Security tab, click the security zone to which the enterprise CA belongs, and then click Custom Level.
Note The security zone appears in the Internet Explorer status bar when you use the Advanced Certificate Request page. - Scroll down to Scripting. Note the current setting for Active scripting.
- If Active Scripting is set to Disable or to Prompt, click Enable, and then click OK.
- Click Yes to dismiss the warning message.

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
