How to view transactions that are created by users or that are modified by users in Accounting Express, in Accounting Professional, or in Small Business Accounting 2006
This article describes how to view transactions that are created by users or that are modified by users in Microsoft Office Accounting Express, in Microsoft Office Accounting Professional, or in Microsoft Small Business Accounting 2006.
To view transactions that are created by users, follow these steps:
- On the Reports menu, point to Company and Financial, and then click Transaction Detail by Account.
- On the View menu, click Modify Report Pane.
- In the Modify Report pane, click Columns.
- Click to select the Entered or Modified check box.
To view transactions that are modified by users, follow these steps:
- On the Reports menu, point to Company and Financial, and then click Transaction Detail by Account.
- On the View menu, click Modify Report Pane.
- In the Modify Report pane, click Columns.
- Click to select the Last Modified by check box.
Note The "Entered or Modified" column displays the user account that created the transaction. The "Last Modified by" column displays the user account that most recently modified the transaction.
