A text box that has the "Resize shape to fit text" option enabled does not anchor as expected in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007
In Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, you set the
Align Test option to
Middle or to
Bottom for a text box that has the
Resize shape to fit text option enabled. However, when the text wraps to a new line in the text box, the text box does not anchor on the middle part of the text box or on the bottom part of the text box. Instead, the text box anchors on the top part of the text box. The text box expands downward to accommodate the text.
Note This issue does not occur in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003.
To resolve this problem, install the 2007 Microsoft Office suites hotfix package that is dated February 14, 2008.
