In BizTalk Server 2004 or in BizTalk Server 2006, you install Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT Message Pack 2006 or BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT Message Pack 2007. When you use Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT to process a SWIFT MT910 message, you receive an error message that resembles the following:

Restart information
You must restart Internet Information Services (IIS) service and the BizTalk Host Instance service. You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.
Registry information
You do not have to change the registry.

This hotfix does not replace any other hotfixes.
File information
This hotfix contains only those files that are required to correct the issues that this article lists. This hotfix may not contain all the files that you must have to fully update a product to the latest build.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
You cannot apply this hotfix automatically. You must manually copy the files that are extracted from the hotfix package and replace the old ones. To do this, extract the Readme.txt file from the package. Then, follow the steps that are described in the Readme.txt file.
The SWIFT Base Types.xsd schema has restriction on the countrycodeType enumeration that enumerates the valid values. The hotfix adds the country code XE to the enumeration.
