The business telephone number of your company is printed in the Fax field when you print a document by using the basic form in Accounting Professional or in Accounting Express
When you print a document by using the basic form in Microsoft Office Accounting Professional or in Microsoft Office Accounting Express, the business telephone number of your company is printed in the Fax field.
To work around this problem, print the document by using a Microsoft Office Word template instead of by using the basic form. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Accounting Professional or Accounting Express.
- On the Company menu, click Manage Word Templates.
- Under Template Type, select a template type.
- Under Templates, select a template in the Name list, and then click Modify.
- Add your company information to the template.
- Save the template with a new name. Save the template in the default location.
Notes - Open a document.
- On the File menu, click Print.
- In the Print dialog box, click Word template under Print options.
- Click Templates.
- Select the template that you modified in step 5.
- Click OK to print the document.

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
