This article describes the Microsoft Office Project 2007 post-Service Pack 1 issues that are fixed in the hotfix package that is dated April 3, 2008.

List of issues fixed
This hotfix package
fixes the following issues that are not previously documented in a Microsoft
Knowledge Base article:
- When you open an enterprise project from the cache folder by
using Office Project 2007, Office Project 2007 may stop
responding.
- When you open a master plan and the icon of the
subproject, you may receive the following error message:
This insert project is not valid, a project can be inserted only
once in a consolidated project
- The list of the Overallocated Resources filter is still
empty even though you have assigned some resources to all the tasks.
- Text data in the Notes field is lost when
you reopen an enterprise project in Office Project 2007.
- Tasks that you copy do not pate correctly in Office Project
2007. An error occurs when you paste tasks in an enterprise project.
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next P1 that contains this hotfix.

Microsoft Office Project 2007 Service Pack 1 installed.

not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.

This hotfix does not replace a previously released
hotfix.
Registry information
To use one of the hotfixes in
this package, you do not have to make any changes to the
registry.
File information
This hotfix may not contain
all the files that you must have to fully update a product to the latest build.
This hotfix contains only the files that you must have to correct the issues
that are listed in this article. The global
version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that
are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are
listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information,
it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local
time, use the
Time Zone tab in the
Date and
Time item in Control Panel.
