In Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3), you cannot delegate tasks. When you try to delegate a task, the Windows Internet Explorer status bar may indicate that an error has occurred. If you click Error on the status bar, you may see information that resembles the following information:
