The OpsMgr Health Service does not start on SCOM 2007 running on Citrix server

If System Center Operatios Manager 2007 is running on a Citrix server, the OpsMgr Health Service does not start .
When you attempts to start the Health Service, you may receive error messages similar to the followings:
Could not
start the OpsMgr
Health Service service on local computer
error 0x80004005: Unspecified error
To resolve this issue, apply System Center Operations Manager 2007 Service Pack 1.
