The WindowsInternalDatabaseMigration rule in Pre-Upgrade Checker in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
Service Pack 2 warns you about the databases in a farm that are hosted on the
Windows Internal Database that are larger than or close to 4 gigabytes (GB).
When the databases in a farm that are hosted on the Windows
Internal Database are larger than or close to 4 gigabytes (GB), the WindowsInternalDatabaseMigration rule displays a warning message that resembles the
following:
The following databases are hosted on
Windows Internal Database and are larger than or close to 4 GB in size and will
require additional administrator intervention to upgrade:
For
each database

The large size of a database can prevent it from being
upgraded. When you receive the warning message, you must move the site
collection to a different database or to a new database to reduce the effective
size of each database. Alternatively, you can move or migrate each database to
a different SQL instance before upgrading.
Note Pre-Upgrade Checker ships in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
Service Pack 2. Pre-Upgrade Checker is used to assess the server for potential
upgrade issues when you are preparing to upgrade to the next version release of
Windows SharePoint Services and of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
