If a network failure occurs during an FTP
transfer when you use the FTP adapter to receive large files from
a temporary folder in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006, BizTalk Server does not resume or restart
the file transfer after the network connection is recovered. However, there are
no errors in the event log.
This problem occurs if you configured the FTP receive location to use the temporary
folder.
