Cell borders are printed beyond the page break or specified print area when you print an Excel 2007 worksheet, and you use the B4 (JIS) paper size

SYMPTOMS

When you print a worksheet that contains cell shading in Microsoft Office Excel 2007, you find that the worksheet is not printed correctly. For example, cell borders extend beyond the page break or beyond the specified print area.

STATUS

This problem may occur when the following conditions are true:
  • You print a single Excel 2007 worksheet to multiple output pages. For example, you print a single Excel 2007 worksheet that contains multiple pages or page breaks.
  • You use the B4 (JIS) paper size when you print.
