SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1), you may experience one of the following symptoms:
  • When you view a performance report that contains charts that are exported to the Web archive format, the charts are incorrectly scaled. Specifically, the right side of the charts are truncated.
  • A performance report that contains multiple charts does not display the charts in the order in which they are configured in the report settings.

Prerequisites

To apply this hotfix, you must have System Center Operations Manager 2007 SP1 installed. Additionally, this hotfix must be applied to each computer that hosts a Microsoft Operations Manager Management console.

Restart requirement

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.

This hotfix does not replace any other hotfixes.

To extract the files that are contained in this hotfix, follow these steps:
  1. Copy the SystemCenterOperationsManager2007-SP1-KB960363-X86-X64-ENU.msi file to either a local folder or an available network shared folder.
  2. Run the SystemCenterOperationsManager2007-SP1-KB960363-X86-X64-ENU.msi file locally on each applicable computer that meets the predefined criteria.
Note The following is the typical installation path:
Program Files\System Center Hotfix Utility
You can run SystemCenterOperationsManager2007-SP1-KB960363-X86-X64-ENU.msi either from Windows Explorer or at a command prompt.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.This problem was first resolved in System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2.
