On a computer that is running Microsoft Forefront Security for SharePoint, you create a keyword filter and then enable the "Send notifications" setting for this keyword filter. When the keyword filter is matched, and a notification is sent, the filter name is missing in the e-mail notification.
The e-mail notification that you receive resembles the following:
Microsoft Forefront Security for SharePoint Manual Scan has matched a filter.
Filter name: "Keyword"
File name: "<DocumentName.extension>"
State: <State>
Created by: "System Account"
Last modified by: "System Account"
Location: "<Location>"
Note The filter name line should contain the name of the keyword filter. The expected notification resembles the following:
Microsoft Forefront Security for SharePoint Manual Scan has matched a filter.
Filter name: "<Name of the Keyword filter>"
File name: "<DocumentName.extension>"
State: <State>
Created by: "System Account"
Last modified by: "System Account"
Location: "<Location>"
To resolve this issue, install Forefront Security for
SharePoint with Service Pack 3 (SP3).
