The fronts and backs of postcards are printed on the same sides of the paper when you print a copy of partial-page postcards in Publisher 2007

On This Page

SYMPTOMS

When you print a copy of partial-page postcards in Publisher 2007, the fronts and backs are printed on the same sides of the paper. However, you expect that all the fronts will be printed on the same sides of the paper and all the backs will be printed on the other sides of the paper in the same positions as the corresponding fronts. This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
  • You enabled the Multiple pages per sheet option or the Multiple copies per sheet option in Publisher 2007.
  • In the 2-sided printing options list, you selected Two-sided.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack 2 (SP2). In 2007 Microsoft Office Suite SP 2, the positions of the backs are mirrored to the positions of the fronts.
