On a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006, you send SOAP messages by using a SOAP send port. However, you find that the messages are not sent successfully. Instead, the messages are suspended, and an error message is logged in the application event log that resembles the following:

This problem occurs because of an error in the SOAP adapter in BizTalk Server 2006.
