Managed properties return null values when the Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Query.TrimDuplicates property equals false and the Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Query.RowLimit property exceeds a certain value in SharePoint Server 2007
You perform a search query. If the Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Query.TrimDuplicates property is set to false and the Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Query.RowLimit property is set to a certain value, certain custom managed properties and
out-of-box (OOB) managed properties return null values.
To resolve this issue, apply both of the following hotfixes:
