A Print Driver Stress Test is included in the Windows Logo Kit (WLK) for XPSDrv Printer drivers. You run this Print Driver Stress Test on a computer that is running Windows Vista SP2 or Windows Server 2008 SP2. During this test, Microsoft XPS Document Writer (MXDW) copies a rectangle with a height of one pixel (px) from the JPEG image on this computer. However, MXDW crashes.

This issue occurs because compressed image data is not supported on the MXDWDRV.dll module. When MXDW compresses the cached image, a crash occurs.

To resolve this issue, install this hotfix on the computer that running the Print Driver Stress Test.
