The caption texts of ActiveX components in Excel 2003 are distorted after you use a third-party Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution to span across multiple monitors

SYMPTOMS

You use a third-party Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution that is not based on Remote Desktop Protocol to span across multiple monitors. For example, you use HP Remote Graphics Software. After you do this, the caption texts of ActiveX components in Microsoft Office Excel 2003 are distorted.
