Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • When you open some databases in Run-time mode, Microsoft Office Access 2007 crashes. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
    Microsoft Office Access has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

    Note This issue occurs after you apply 2007 Microsoft Office suite Service Pack 2.

To install this hotfix, you must have 2007 Microsoft Office suite Service Pack 2 or 2007 Microsoft Office suite Service Pack 1 installed.
